Sempriss Sempera

 The Queen of the Duskwarders. The Serpent. The Axe-Wielding Maniac. The Fist of the North. Sempriss is as cold as the symbol of her Kingdom, and as constricting. She is a mighty warrior that rules her people with an iron fist, and is the main reason they are now as profitable and as advanced as they are. Sempriss was once an outcast, the woman born to the unusual union of the Giant King and a human woman. For that, she was shunned by humanity, tossed aside from the mortal races even after the downfall of the world. Sempriss, in her seclusion, discovered a dying vampire in the cave system to the North. She was offered the void in exchange for aiding the vampire in vanquishing the one who hunted and brought him to near death. Sempriss took the gift, yet once she was empowered slew the man in his weakness with the words “no man will ever rule over me, especially one so weak.” Sempriss then took that power to transform every barbarian of the Northern tribes, creating a force of vampiric warriors that the world hadn’t seen since Mortificus or even Trevalion. Her rampage was so deadly, that Devlin Kane had to create negotiations for the woman to officially join the Vampiric Council (as she had killed the Northern ruler and was now technically the rightful seat on his throne). Sempriss is fierce, insane, and wants nothing more than to break everyone she views as weaker than herself… both for her amusement and her arousal.
