When the clouds amass upon a sunny day, pray that you are not about to be besieged by vampires. This spell is one of the most forbidden, modified and infamously used by Trevalion of the Firstborne to rain terror upon the battlefield during the great war of Light and Darkness.
How it works: The energy from the surrounding areas is amassed and dragged above to cluster and liquify into sanguine power. If there are corpses nearby, it will take the vitae from them and add it to the mass. If there aren't, it will make them. The rain cascading forcing any enemy it touches to wither and decay.
Those upon the side of the caster will be empowered, if undead they will be empowered further, if a vampire they will be fully fed and empowered. Strength, speed, and ferocity are all increased as well as potency of spell craft.
