The Vampire Jack Townson

Updated: Oct 6

"When your world fails you, find a better one."

-Jack Townson

The King of the Degenerates, The Lord of the Manor of Mystery, The Progeny of Alexander LaMont. Jack Townson is the leader of a ragtag group of vampires and miscreants that find their home nestled within the Haunted Vale, a place so infamous that not even the undead dare to step foot upon its soil- yet Jack and his people call it theirs. He is an enigma, holding power beyond understanding that contradicts his very short years as a vampire and as a King. Wielding many mystical artifacts from both Gaia (earth) and Draconia, he has made himself a protector of the innocent and a defender of free will. Jack is chaotic, brash, and far more damaged than he admits, yet is always the first to offer a hand or the shirt from his back if those about him need it. However, empathy aside, pity those who he calls enemies, for they soon learn why his own people call him the Dragon King.

Weapons:

Chi No Arashi- A Blade that enhances the user's Blood Sorcery.

Alchemical Items:

The Rings of Devious Intent- Gleaming silver rings with different colored jewels held within them, these are alchemical items most dangerous. Each one holds a different purpose, and they are as follows:

The Eye of Yamatur: A smoldering crimson jewel that allows the wearer to see through solid objects.

The Gem of Carath-ken: A violet jewel with a silver core, it allows the wearer to distort time and space, allowing them to move backwards and forwards in time for brief moments.

The Jewel of the Primal Storm: A dragon's head with gleaming orange eyes, it allows the wearer to harness true flame, increasing the mastery of their pyromancy abilities by a large margin.

The Obsidian Tear of Kael'thar: A deep black jewel that radiates an aura of despair and shadows, granting the wearer power over darkness and the ability to manipulate shadows to their will as well as travel through them.

The Veilstone of Eris' Whispers: A pale green jewel with swirling mists within, empowering the wearer with the ability to cast illusions and manipulate the minds of those around them, creating chaos and confusion.

The Blood Ruby of Azkhar: A crimson red jewel that pulses like a beating heart, enhancing the wearer’s blood magic, allowing them to drain life force and control the blood of others as well as store it.

The Wraithstone of Necros: A ghostly white gem with an ethereal glow, it allows the wearer the ability to become incorporeal, taking on a mist-like state that allows passage through most solid objects and avoid attacks for brief periods.

The Bracelet Chain of Attikaus Rex: A five fingered slave bracelet with jewels of pulsing crimson wrapping each knuckle and a larger centerpiece upon the back of the hand. This artifact allows the user the ability to transform his Exsanguination Blast into a deeper volatility, causing any who are struck by the large explosion to either be eradicated or consumed.

X Factor: The Dragon’s Gift- Something wicked lurks within the mind of the Vampire Lord, a slithering voice that commands that he does horrible things in the name of survival. It tempts and teaches, but to what end? Amidst the confusion of the voice's origin, there are the moments when Townson finds himself at his limits, and that is when a great power overtakes him. It writhes about his body like an angry storm, smoke billowing above him to take the shape of terrible wings and a Draconic image. When this state emerges, there is very little that can stop the Dragon King.
